I finished the two-tone shrug earlier this week, and it’s already been used. It’s quite warm even though it is small.

Patterns: Two-tone ribbed shrug by Stefanie Japel and Drops 86-36
Yarn: Drops alpaca dark gray and black, about 3 gray and 2 black

In July 2006 I started knitting on a bolero (Drops 86-36) and I knitted a little bit more than a sleeve. I really don’t like seaming so this is not the best construction for a shrug/bolero. Why knit the sleeves flat when you can knit them in the round?
